Hi DNM RAD Team,
I purchased the DNM RAD Pro Version on 31.12.2009.
So, in a short time, my upgrade period ends.
I really like DNM RAD and would like to be up to date with my version,
because in the last month, DNM RAD has grown up to a big tool for building
DNN modules and applications. I think, DNM RAD will become more and more powerful in the near future.
I can't find any information (neither on snowcocered, nor on your website),
how to renew the upgrade period.
Do I have to purchase the Pro Version again?
Is there an offer to renew the upgrade period.
And - important - is there any information about the costs for a new upgrade period?

thanks in advance
kind regards
Henner

Hi Henner,

First of all, many thanks for your favourable comments :)

Since your 1 year free upgrade period will soon expire, you can head over to Snowcovered and buy the latest version. When you are logged in, you will see that you have 25% discount on purchasing the latest version of DNM RAD (which includes 1 year of free updates).

If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks,

Justin

Also, over these coming days, we will be including the option to just buy the extended licences (e.g. 1 year of updates) so in that case, we will just extend your upgrade period from our system, and you can just continue to download the latest version from My Products. Obviously, I will make sure to include some goodies for our loyal customers :)

My update period expired about 3 months ago and I see 2 options for access to a upgrade.

1. In this post yow talk about the new extended licences

2. And you talk about 25% discount

both option I don't see in snowcovered.com

Which option should I follow to access updates

Regards. Víctor

Interesting fact about the 25% because when I just renewed there wasn't anything showing a discount..
