Thoughts These are truly exciting times here at Holistic DotNetMushroom. As we make our final touches to the DNM RAD and it's accompanying documentation and marketing material one cannot help but remember how it all started. A couple of years ago, due to the diverse projects that we were embarking on, we felt the need for a powerful content management system which would be powerful, robust and allow the flexibility that we, as developers were accustomed to. With such a wide array of CMS's available back then and the ever tempting possibility of developing our own CMS, the choice was quite a tough one. We had opted for DotNetNuke as it met all our criteria and even back then, when it was still in version 2, it looked very promising.
Today we're in version 5 and we never looked back. Using the DotNetNuke platform, and a number of modules, including the DNM Rapid Application Developer, which we will launch next week, we have managed to cater for a wide array of clientele, each with their own specific requirements. This thought brings me to the second point ... Sponsorship
We at DotNetMushroom have always felt the need to support the DotNetNuke platform and its ever growing community. We are grateful to the fact that thanks to DNN, we have managed to expand our range of web projects that today we can cater for. This is why we have allocated funds for the Silver Sponsorship of DotNetNuke for these coming 2 years (View Sponsorship Page). Sponsorship
The Software Development Network (SDN) Conference in the Netherlands will once again host the DotNetNuke Openforce '09 (Europe) and this year we will be one of the sponsors (View Sponsorship Page). In fact, we will be launching our flagship product, the DNM Rapid Application Developer on our stand at the convention. Anyone visiting the stand will have the opportunity to talk to us and experience first hand, the power and flexibility of the RAD which is set to revolutionize the way web based applications are developed in DotNetNuke. |
