About DNM RAD Contact Form Application
An online contact form is a form inside a webpage, which allows a website's visitors to interact with the website's owner. With the help of this online contact form, the interaction is done instantly and in a convenient way.
Mainly, an online contact form consists of textboxes, where visitors may/must fill in their contact details such as name, surname and telephone number. It also consists of a textbox where visitors must fill in their comments, and one or two buttons which usually are the "Submit" and the "Reset" buttons. The "Submit" button is used to submit the details filled in by the visitor, and the "Reset" button is used to clear the details filled inside the textboxes.
We are releasing this FREE online contact form application, which you can easily unpackage on your website, using DotNetMushroom RAD. No programming skills are required. The only thing required is DotNetMushroom RAD installed on the website to unpackage the online contact form application.

If you are not into HTML and CSS, don't worry - we have already styled it in a neutral gray / black color combination which matches practically any website color scheme. In fact, the text inside the tooltip gives tips on what is needed from the visitor to correctly fill in that textbox. This contact form application has a tooltip for each textbox and button. Like the validation the tooltip text is fully customizable using DotNetMushroom RAD and the way it is displayed is also fully customizable through the commented CSS file provided.
Easy Editing
It is easy to edit this online contact form application, as no programming skills or knowledge is required. You need to edit this application from DotNetMushroom RAD which is already a user friendly DotNetNuke module.
Fully Customizable E-Mail Template
When the visitor presses the submit button, the website owner will receive an html email from the application. The layout and design of this template is easily customizable, using an HTML editor such as Dreamweaver.
